It's a solid state model, so perhaps some will say that it still doesn't have quite the depth of the tube models, but I don't honestly think there's that much in it at this level. To me, the H25-3 seems a clear development of the previous H25 models, but with some of the new bits from the GAK series, and it has the old Lowrey flute sound that I think they then lost forever.
